The energy has been building to coincide with the Equinox (Autumn Equinox in the Northern hemisphere and Spring Equinox in the the Southern hemisphere). The Equinox is the time of year when the amount of daylight is equal to the amount of evening darkness, further emphasizing the theme of balance in our lives.
